![]() ![]() It's my 2nd home and I can't imagine my life without this organization. That is the type of culture we have and it's exactly why I love working here so much. When I finally overcame each of those obstacles and returned to work full time, I was received with a huge "Wonder Woman W" made out of dozens of post its and each post it had a handwritten note from employees saying something supportive to lift my spirits. I was so supported and loved during that time and coming to work was my escape from all the sadness going on. I can credit so much of my strength in surviving that year to OHM owners and employees. The most difficult year of my life was 2016.I was diagnosed with breast cancer and eventually closed the year with a sad divorce and my son being diagnosed with Autism. Shuel as my mentor in business and we've grown so much! I absolutely love the culture and that we all truly and genuinely care about each other. I eventually was promoted to GM in October of 2011 and have truly looked to Dr. ![]() I was ecstatic and returned to OHM immediately. Shuel called me and said he wasn't having luck filling the bookkeeping position and wanted to give me a try. My first day working for the city, I realized I had made a mistake and was crying driving home after my first day.contemplating if I should return to Oak Haven but a little too embarrassed to ask. I decided to leave Oak Haven at that point and I started a job working for the City of San Antonio. I had applied for the bookkeeping position but was initially turned down since I didn't have bookkeeping experience. I started at the front desk and absolutely loved it but really wanted growth in the company. I applied for the front desk position along with a dozen other similar positions for other companies.I was called right away for an interview and got the job same day. ![]() I had just moved back to San Antonio from Detroit and needed a job asap. ![]()
